 review of wahl hand mixer, 2010-08-07
I purchased this mixer because I have been doing alot of cooking recently and my old mixer had not coped with the constant whipping of butter and sugar. Especially when it came to mixing butter and icing sugar, which can be a very stiff mixture, my old mixer gave up and died!
The wahl hand mixer is very powerful, easy to operate, sturdy and very suited to the job in hand.
For the price it seemed to me very good value as other powerful mixers of it's kind were very much more expensive. Some of these other mixers as well had the option of base and other attachments which really I didn't particulary need.
If you need a basic, sturdy reliable and powerful hand mixer I would highly recommend this one. It does also come with dough and fine whisk attachments as well as the usual sturdy whisks.

FANTASTIC!!!!!, 2010-04-13
This is a must if you hate preparing vegetables and grating cheese.
I know this is one of the most expensive attachments for the Chef, but I have found this to be worth every penny. It sits on the fast speed outlet and attaches with relative ease, the only thing that took me a while to figure out was how to take the lid off!
The blades are ultra sharp and I have no doubt that they will remain sharp for the life of the product which itself is well built and should last many years.
The only thing to make people aware of is that this does a very similar job to the processor attachment that comes with the Kenwood Chef Titanium model so if like me you own that model of Chef you may find that you have no use for the two. However, this one is easier to use.
This is a great buy and I reccommend this to all Chef owners.
