 Fantastic power and good compact size, 2010-06-19
Bought this to replace an old Dyson that had seen its best days. The difference in the carpets is amazing after just a few weeks. This picks up everything including small specks of fluff etc that our other Dyson struggled with. On some of our carpets we even have to use the power reduction function! Highly recomended.

Good suction as would have been expected from Dyson. My last vacuum cleaner used more power, but had weaker suction and I often spent more time going over the same spot over and over again. A little bit heavier than I imagined - especially noticeable when vacuuming the stairs. Overall, satisfied with the product.

After many years of fighting against buying a dyson (mainly because they are so much more expensive) and after buying many other makes and styles at varying prices,which i inevitably didn't like after a few months as the suction decreased, I gave in and bought a dyson. what a revelation, why did i wait so long. IT'S FANTASTIC. Hoovering is now almost a pleasure, even my teenage son will occasionally do it, as it actually picks up the bits (his words). So thank-you Mr Dyson, wish i had done it years ago.

Very disappointed with this product!
The suction is poor and the base of the dyson is that heavy you have to drag it around the rooms while you hoover!
Not worth the money paid, I'm afraid, I would not recommend this product which is a shame as Dyson's are normally good products.
Mr Dyson has made some serious errors with this design.

Meets all the expectations of a Dyson. Priced competitvely on Amazon as you would expect it meets all my requirements. A wee bit disappointed in the 3 weeks it took to deliver (DHL)...just as well my floors were not dirty.
