Well, what can I say? Henry is just perfect. He came house trained and gets on well with the dogs! The husband approves of my assignations with Henry so all's well!
Seriously, if you want a hoover that does exactly what it says on the tin, I cannot recommend this one more. It's powerful and even picks up dog hairs with a normal hoover head so that, for me, is a big plus. So that's it - off to bed now - no, Henry stays is the utility room lol!

Henry happily eats all the dust and is better than any pet! We had a Henry in the UK and now we have one in Germany as well.

A Great Vacuum Cleaner, 2010-03-06
I have been using the Henry for just over three months and am delighted with it. For the past ten or more years I have been using cylone cleaners of various types, first Dyson and then Vax. (Incidentally, in my opinion the Vax is far superior to the Dyson, which is massively over-hyped and over-priced. It was always clogging up and the baseplate cracked within 18 months of purchase. Within two years it was on the tip.)
Anyway, the big disadvantage of the cyclone cleaners, which the marketing tries to turn into a virtue, is the fact that they cannot take a bag. There is therefore the messy and frequent (often after every use) job of emptying the cleaner.
Towards the end of last year it was time for a new cleaner so I thought I'd take a look at the Henry. The lady who cleans our offices at work used one for many years without any problems so I knew they were reliable, hard-wearing and well up to the job. The first thing I noticed on plugging it in, apart from the excellent build quality, was that it has an exceptionally long lead, which can be wound out to the required length. Whereas with previous cleaners I have had to keep plugging them in for each room, with the Henry I can reach every room from one socket. The Henry is relatively quiet in operation and has plenty of suction on the normal setting. There is a turbo setting for even higher suction, but I have never had to resort to that. Being a cylinder cleaner means that you can reach into corners that are inaccessible to upright cleaners (unless you fit special tools). And then, of course, there is the bag. No more messy emptying every time you use the cleaner. The Henry bag is high capacity and I reckon it will be six months before I even need to think about checking to see whether it is full. Oh, and Henry's smiling face puts a bit of fun into the weekly chore.
In summary, this is an excellent vacuum cleaner, at a very good price, which I would highly recommend.

I bought the Henry on the advice of my sister and on the excellent reviews I searched on th einternet. I am not disappointed. It is light and easy to manoeuvre and has options for all types of flooring and upholstery. It also smiles at you as you work, which I find enjoyable. Bless you, Henry
